Our ingredients are the building blocks of our products, and we pride ourselves on sourcing the best possible vendors whose philosophies align with ours. It’s not always easy, but it’s always worth it. The proof’s in every bite. Just as we’re clear about what we don’t use, we want to be equally up front about what we do. The majority of our ingredients are 100-percent certified organic, and all of them are processed in completely gluten-free facilities. Each and every one is free of gums, soy, and refined sugars (even our chocolate!).
Offering pure gluten-free indulgences without sacrificing taste is the driving concept behind Breadblok. But rather than limiting what we’re able to use, we’ve simply tapped into the wealth of natural ingredients available, including gluten-free flours—from coconut and chia to sorghum and sweet rice—as well as nuts, seeds, and fruits.
